Capsicum Pesarapappu Fry

Ingredients:

1.Capsicum 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Coconut grated 1/4 cup
4.Salt to taste
5.Green chillies chopped
6.Onions 1/2 cup
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add capsicum to the pan and saute for few minutes.
2.Add soaked moong dal and mix well,fry for few minutes on medium flame and keep stirring.
3.Add salt to taste and give it a stir,add onion paste (coriander,curry leaves,onions,green chillies) and mix well,cook for few minutes on medium flame till raw smell goes off.
4.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,coconut powder and mix well.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
