Semiya Senagapappu Vadalu


1.Chana dal 1 cup boiled and roughly blended
2.Semiya 1/2 cup boiled
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Green chillies 2 chopped
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Besan flour 2 tbsp
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add chana dal,semiya,cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger,curry leaves,salt,besan flour and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Now take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare vadas,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Fry evenly on both sides and transfer into a plate,serve hot.
