Kova Puri

Ingredients:

1.Maida 1 cup
2.Milk 1/4 ltr
3.Kova 1 cup
4.Sugar 1/2 cup
5.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Badam sliced
8.Oil for deep frying


Preparation:


1.Take a deep bowl add maida,salt and mix well by adding water as required,prepare a smooth dough.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare dough balls,roll them into thin puris by dusting some dry flour.
4.Gently drop the puris in hot oil and deep fry till it puffs up.
5.Heat some milk in a pan,add kova to the boiling milk,sugar and mix well without forming any lumps.
6.Finally sprinkle some cardamom powder and give it a stir,now dip the puris in prepared kova mixture and keep aside.
7.Garnish with grated badam on top and serve hot.
