1.Fenugreek leaves
2.Boiled veggies 2 cups
3.Dry coconut powder 1/4 cup
4.Gasagasalu 1/4 cup
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Green chillies 3
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Turmeric powder a pinch
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
12.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
13.Curd 1/4 cup
14.Coriander leaves
15.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some moil and heat it.
2.Add onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies and saute for few minutes.
3.Add fenugreek leaves to the pan and saute till tender,add salt to taste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and mix well.
4.Add dry roasted coconut paste (dry coconut,gasagasalu) to the pan and give it a mix.
5.Add curd,some water as required,boiled veggies and mix it well.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.Finally add garam masala powder and give it a good stir,transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
