Mullangi Aaku Kebabs

Ingredients:

1.Boiled Radish leaves 1 cup
2.Boiled potatoes 2
3.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Corn flour 2 tbsp
6.Green peas 1 cup
7.Corn flakes powder 1 cup
8.Ginger green chilli paste 1 tbsp
9.Garam masala powder  tbsp
10.Coriander leaves
11.Curry leaves
12.Pudina
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a deep bowl add mashed potatoes,boiled radish leaves,carrot,green peas mashed,coriander leaves,ginger green chilli paste,onions,garam masala powder,pudina,corn flour,salt,curry leaves and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Dissolve maida,salt in water and prepare a thick consistency batter and keep aside.
4.Take wooden ice cream spoons and roll the mixture to the spoon like lolipops.
5.Now dip the lolipops in maida batter and coat them with corn flakes,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till light golden colour and crisp.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
