Rice Kurma

Ingredients
:


1.Rice
2.Tomatoes
3.Paneer
4.Green chillies
5.Coriander
6.Salt
7.Turmeric
8.Red chilli powder
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Onions
11.Cumin powder
12.Curd
13.Garam masala powder
14.Ghee

Preparation
:


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add garam masala powder and saute for a minute.
2.Add onions,green chillies and saute for few seconds,add ginger garlic paste and stir well till smell goes off.
3.Add tomatoes,cook till tender,add turmeric,red chilli powder and stir well.Fry for a minute.
4.Add cumin powder and saute,switch off the flame and add curd,salt and stir well.
5.Add
crumbled paneer,give it a stir,add coriander leaves and mix,meanwhile
heat 2 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup rice and bring it to boil.
6.Add
soaked rice to boiling water and give it a stir,cover and cook till half
cooked,now add prepared masala mixture and mix well.
7.Cover and cook for few minutes on medium flame till done,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
