2.Rice flour
3.Sesame seeds
4.Coconut powder
5.Cumin seeds
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Red chilli powder


1.Combine rice flour,coarsely grounded peanut powder,coconut powder,sesame seeds,red chilli powder,salt,cumin seeds,curry leaves,coriander leaves and mix well.
2.Add some water as required and prepare a stiff dough.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Grease some water on a plastic cover,place dough ball and spread into a thin gaare.
5.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.
