Ingredients:

1.Dondakayalu fried 1/4 kilo
2.Onion chopped 1 cup
3.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
4.Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
5.Dried red chillies 8
6.Coconut powder 30 grams
7.Gasagasalu 30 grams
8.Peanuts 30 grams
9.Sesame seeds 30 grams
10.Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
11.Milk 1/2 cup
12.Sugar 2 tbsp
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil
15.Red chilli powder
16.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
17.Whole garam masala 1 1/2 tbsp
18.Chana dal 1 tbsp
19.Urad dal 1 tbsp
20.Pepper corns 1/2 tbsp
21.Curry leaves
22.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala,coriander seeds,chana dal,peanuts,urad dal,sesame seeds,cumin seeds,pepper,gasagasalu,coconut grated and saute for few minutes till it attains brown colour.
3.Rest aside the mixture to cool down and blend into a smooth paste by adding some water.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions,curry leaves,salt and saute for few minutes.
5.Add ginger garlic paste and fry,add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and stir fry.
6.Add ground masala paste to the frying pan and saute,add milk,sugar and give it a fine stir.
7.Add fried dondakayalu,coriander leaves and cook for few minutes,transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
