Kakarakaya Endu Kobbari Karam

Ingredients:

1.Kakarakayalu 1/4 kilo peeled and soaked in buttermilk
2.Dry coconut pieces 1/2 cup
3.Buttermilk 2 cups
4.Garlic cloves 5
5.Dried red chillies 5
6.Salt to taste
7.Coriander leaves
8.Oil 1/2 cup

Preparation:

1.Peel,deseed and soak kakarakayalu in buttermilk and cut them into halves.
2.Blend dry coconut,dried red chillies,salt,garlic cloves into a smooth powder.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Now stuff the mixture inside the kakarakayalu and rope them with thread,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till golden brown colour and cook evenly.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
