Aratidhuta Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Aratidhuta 1 small piece
2.Brinjals 3
3.Radish chopped 1
4.Lady fingers 4
5.Tamarind juice
6.Rice rava 1 tbsp
7.Curry leaves
8.Jaggery grated
9.Dried red chillies 4
10.Turmeric a pinch
11.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves and saute.
2.Add tamarind juice,jaggery,turmeric,salt and mix well.Add some water as required and bring it to boil.
3.Add aratidhuta,veggies to the boiling content and mix it well.Sprinkle some rice rava on top.
4.Cover and cook for few minutes till veggies are tender and done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
