Carrot Nuvvula Kura


1.Carrot boiled 1 cup
2.Sesame seeds powder 1/4 cup
3.Green chillies 3
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Curry leaves
6.Coriander leaves
7.Oil 2 tbsp
9.Garlic cloves 6
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,garlic cloves,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
2.Add boiled carrot and saute,fry for couple of minutes.Add salt,red chilli powder,sesame seeds powder and mix it well.
3.Add jaggery,some water and give it a stir and bring it to boil.
4.Cook until gravy thickens and switch off the stove,transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
