Ingredients:

1.Cashew nut paste 1 cup
2.Kova 1/2 cup
3.Sugar 1/2 cup
4.Cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp
5.Maida 2 cups
6.Ghee 1/4 cup
7.Salt a pinch

Preparation:

1.Take a deep bowl add maida,salt and mix well with water as required and prepare a smooth dough and keep aside.
2.Take a pan add some ghee and melt it,pour cashew nut paste and mix well,keep stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan.
3.Add kova,sugar and mix well evenly in the paste.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and give it a stir.Switch of the styove and rest aside the mixture to cool down for few minutes.
4.Now divide the dough into dough balls and roll into a thin layered chapathi,stuff the dough mixture in puri and enclose it tightly and roll into a chapathi.
5.Meanwhile heat a pan by drizzling some ghee and cook,keep flipping in between till brown spots appear on both sides.Cook till done and serve hot.
