1.Sesame seeds
2.Urad dal
3.Moong dal
4.Chana dal
5.Cooking soda
6.Coriander seeds
8.Curry leaves
9.Green chillies
12.Red chilli powder
13.Cumin seeds


1.Blend chana dal,moong dal into a coarse powder and transfer into a bowl.
2.Add soaked urad dal and blend into a fine paste,transfer the mixture into a same bowl.
3.Add cumin seeds,coriander seeds and blend into a coarse powder.Add to lentils mixture.
4.Blend green chillies and add to lentils,add red chilli powder,coriander,pudina,curry leaves,soaked chana dal,moong dal,salt and mix well.
5.Rest aside for 2-3 hours.Prepare small dumplings and press them into gaarelu on greased plastic cover.
6.Sprinkle some sesame seeds and make a hole in center,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into a plate and serve.
