Ingredients:

1.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
2.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
3.Tamarind juice 1 cup
4.Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
5.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
7.Jaggery 10 grams
8.Oil 30 ml
9.Tomato puree 1 cup
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
12.Hing a pinch
13.Dried red chillies 3
14.Onion chopped 1 cup
15.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
16.Salt to taste
17.Toor dal boiled 1 cup
18.Aratikaya 1 cup
19.Lady finger 1 cup
20.Drum sticks 1 cup
21.Corn 1 cup
22.Carrot 1 cup
23.Beans 100 grams
24.Cauliflower 1 cup
25.Potatoes 1 cup
26.Green chillies 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take
a pan pour some oil and heat it,add mustard,cumin,dried red
chillies,onions,turmeric,green chillies,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste
and saute.
2.Add all veggies to the frying pan and stir fry,cover and cook for few minutes.
3.Add hing,tomato puree and mix it well,add toor dal and give it a good  mix.
4.Add tamarind juice to the pan,some water as required and mix well.
5.Add
small jaggery piece,coriander powder,red chilli powder and give
mix,cover and cook till done,transfer into a bowl and garnish with
coriander leaves.Serve hot.
