Paneer Kalakand


1.Paneer grated 100 grams
2.Sugar 100 grams
3.Milk powder 100 grams
4.Milk 2 tbsp
5.Ghee 2tbsp
7.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,add paneer and fry for few minutes,add milk powder and saute.
2.Add sugar to the frying pan,milk and mix well evenly.Fry for few minutes till sugar melts.
3.Keep stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan.
4.Finally sprinkle some cardamom powder and give it a fine mix.Transfer the mixture into a greased ghee plate.
5.Rest the mixture to cool down for 5 minutes,cut into desired shapes and garnish with badam.
