Carrot Parata


1.Carrot grated 1 cup
2.Wheat flour 1 cup
3.Onion chopped
4.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Green chillies chopped
8.Coriander leaves
9.Pepper corns roughly crushed 1 tbsp
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Potato boiled 1


1.Take a deep bowl add wheat flour,salt and mix well with water,prepare a smooth dough.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add garlic,onions,ginger,green chillies,carrot and saute,fry for few minutes.
3.Add boiled potato,salt,pepper powder,coriander leaves and mix well.
4.Now divide the dough into small equal portions and stuff the mixture in dough balls and enclose it tightly.
5.Roll the dough balls into a parata by dusting some flour,meanwhile heat a skillet by drizzling some oil.
6.Place the parata on skillet and cook evenly on both sides till brown spots appear.Serve hot immediately.
