Beans Senagapappu

Ingredients:

1.Beans boiled 1 cup
2.Chana dal boiled 1/2 cup
3.Coconut paste 1/2 cup
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Green chillies 3
6.Garlic cloves 6
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder a pinch
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,garlic cloves,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
2.Add chana dal,beans,salt,turmeric powder and stir fry.
3.Add coconut paste to the frying pan,some water as required and mix well.
4.Cover
and cook for 2 minutes till it attains thick consistency,transfer into a
bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
