Punjabi Paneer Curry

Punjabi Paneer Curry


1.Paneer 50 grams
2.Curd 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1 cup
4.Tomato puree 1 cup
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Ghee 2 tbsp
7.Oil 30 ml
8.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
9.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
10.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
11.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil,ghee and heat it,add onion paste and saute for few minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and give it a stir,add some water as required and mix.
3.Add tomato puree and saute for few minutes,add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and fry for few minutes.
4.Add whisked curd to the frying pan and saute for another few minutes.Finally add paneer and cook,sprinkle some garam masala powder and give it a stir.
5.Switch off the stove and drizzle some ghee on top and serve hot.
