Chikkudukaya Kurma


1.Chikkudukayalu 2 cups
2.Gasagasalu 1/4 cup
3.Dry Coconut powder 1/2 cup
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
7.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
8.Green chillies 4
9.Curd 1/2 cup
10.Salt to taste
11.Red chilli powder
12.Turmeric powder a pinch
13.Coriander leaves
14.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions,green chillies,ghinger garlic paste and mix well.
2.Add coconut,gasagasala paste to the pan and fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,coriander powder and mix well evenly,cook till it attains thick consistency.
4.Add curd and give it a stir,add boiled chikkudukayalu and mix well.
5.Add some water as required,cover and cook for 2 minutes till done,sprinkle some garam masala powder and mix it well.
6.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
