Kandi Carrot Vadalu

Ingredients:

1.Kandulu 1 cup
2.Carrot grated 1 cup
3.Curry leaves
4.Coriander leaves
5.Green chillies 4
6.Onions 2
7.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a blender add kandulu,green chillies,onions,coriander leaves,curry leaves,cumin seeds and blend into a smooth paste.
2.Add grated carrot,salt and mix well evenly.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Take a plastic cover and prepare small vadas with the ground mixture,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till golden brown colour and crisp.Serve hot
