1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Boiled Cauliflower 1 cup
3.Potato boiled 1
4.Green chillies 2
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
8.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves
10.Butter 2 tbsp
11.Oil 1 tbsp


1.Take a deep bowl add wheat flour,salt and mix well with water and prepare smooth dough and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add green chillies,cauliflower,potato and saute.
3.Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder and mix well.Switch off the stove and add lemon juice.Rest aside the mixture to cool down.
4.Divide the dough into small portions and spread into a thin chapathi and stuff the fried mixture into it.
5.Now roll into a thin paratha by dusting some dry flour,Drizzle some butter on tawa and place the paratha,cook on both sides evenly and till brown spots appear.Serve hot.
