Senagapappu Bonda


1.Chana dal soaked 1 cup
2.Green chillies 2
3.Corn flour 1 tbsp
4.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
5.Bread powder 1 cup
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Chaat masala powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Blend chana dal with green chilli and prepare a smooth paste.Now transfer the paste into a bowl,add carrot,bread powder,red chilli powder,salt,chaat masala powder,corn flour,coriander leaves and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Prepare round balls with mixture and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour.Serve hot
