Cauliflower Kajjikayalu


1.Cauliflower finely chopped 1 cup
2.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
3.Paneer grated 1/4 cup
4.Wheat flour 1 cup
5.Maida 3 tbsp
6.Onion chopped 1
7.Salt to taste
8.Green chillies 3
9.Coriander leaves
10.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Prepare a smooth dough  by adding maida,wheat flour,salt,oil and keep aside.
2.Take a bowl add cauliflower,carrot,paneer,onions,coriander leaves,salt,lemon juice and mix well evenly all the ingredients.
3.Divide the dough into small dough balls and roll them into small puris,now stuff the mixture in puri and enclose it into a semicircle shape.
4.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying and slowly drop the kajjikayalu in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
