Nawabi Veg Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Basmati rice 1 kg
2.Carrot 100 grams
3.Beans 100 grams
4.Cauliflower 100 grams
5.Green peas 100 grams
6.Paneer 100 grams
7.Cashew nuts 50 grams
8.Badam 50 grams
9.Saffron strands 1 gram
10.Ghee 100 grams
11.Pudina 1 bunch
12.Coriander 1 bunch
13.Milk 1/2 cup
14.Oil 20 ml
15.Salt to taste
16.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
17.Curd 150 grams
18.Kewra water 25 ml
19.Rose water 25 ml
20.Fried onions 30 grams
21.Whole garam masala 3 tbsp
22.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
23.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
24.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
25.Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
26.Lemon juice 2 tbsp
27.Green chilli paste 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water as required,add whole garam masala to the pan,bring it to boil.
2.Take another pan add some ghee,oil and heat it.add ginger garlic paste,veggies,fried onions and saute for few minutes.
3.Add green chilli paste and mix it well.Now add soaked rice,salt to the boiling water.Stir well.
4.Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,curd,salt and mix well.
5.Add pudina and coriander,stir fry for few minutes.Add lemon juice and give it a stir,add paneer and mix well.
6.Add
cashews,badam,kismis,milk to the frying pan.Give it a good mix.Drain
the rice and transfer into frying pan,prepare a layer and sprinkle some
fried onions.rose water,kewra water,dry fruits and cover it with another
layer of rice and repeat the same process.
7.Sprinkle some saffron
water,ghee,rose water,kewra water,pudina,coriander leaves on top.Cover
and cook for 15 minutes till done,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
