Kanda Kobbari Fry

Ingredients:

1.Kanda grated 1 cup
2.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
3.Green chillies 4
4.Cashew nuts 10 grams
5.Curry leaves
6.Coriander leaves
7.Dry coconut powder 1/2 cup
8.Peanut powder 1 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder a pinch
10.Salt to taste
11.Ghee 2 tbsp
12.Oil 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add some ghee,oil and heat it.Fry cashews and saute for few minutes,keep aside.
2.In the same pan add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves and fry for few minutes.
3.Add kanda,turmeric powder,salt and mix it well.
4.Fry for few minutes add roasted sesame seeds powder,coconut powder and give it a good mix.Cook for couple of minutes and switch off the stove.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
