Ingredients
:


1.Jowar flour
2.Rice flour
3.Cabbage
4.Onions
5.Carrot
6.Radish
7.Green chillies
8.Ginger
9.Salt
10.Chana dal
11.Moong dal
12.Sesame seeds
13.Cumin seeds
14.Coriander leaves
15.Curry leaves
16.Pudina
17.Thotakoora
18.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take
a bowl combine jowar flour,rice
flour,cabbage,carrot,onions,radish,soaked moong dal,chana
dal,coriander,curry leaves,sesame seeds,cumin seeds,saltginger green
chilli paste.
3.Mix well all the ingredients,rest the mixture aside for 10 min.
4.Grease a plastic cover,divide dough into small equal portions,place dough ball on cover and press into small chapathi.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,place vadappa in pan and cook by covering a lid.
6.Cook for few minutes,once done remove with iron stalk.Repeat the same process for others and serve hot.
