1.Kakarakaya pieces 1/4 kilo boiled in tamarind juice and turmeric
2.Onion chopped 1
3.Green chillies 3
4.Garlic cloves 6
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
9.Dry Coconut powder 1/4 cup
10.Sesame seeds 1/4 cup
11.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
12.Oil 2 tbsp
14.Turmeric powder a pinch
1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add garlic cloves,onions,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
2.Add dry roasted sesame seeds and coconut paste to the frying pan,mix well.
3.Add salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Cook till mixture releases oil on the sides of pan.
4.Finally add boiled kakarakaya pieces,coriander powder and mix well,fry for few minutes.5.Add some water,cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
