Chilli Mulee Parata


1.Wheat flour 1/4 kilo
2.Red chillies ripened 4
3.Radish grated 1 cup
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil 2 tbsp
8.Butter 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add cumin seeds and saute for few seconds,add ginger,red chilli paste and mix well,cook.
2.Add grated radish,salt and saute for few minutes.Switch of the stove and keep aside.
3.Take a deep bowl add wheat flour,salt and fried radish,mix well all the ingredients with water.Prepare a parata dough.
4.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a parata by dusting some dry flour.
5.Heat a skillet by greasing some butter,place the parata and cook on both sides evenly till nice brown spots appear.Serve hot.
