1.Curry leaves 1 cup
2.Soaked toor dal 1 tbsp
3.Corn flour 2 tbsp
4.Boiled potatoes 2
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Green chillies 4
7.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
8.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
9.Cashew nuts
10.Salt to taste
11.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Ajinomoto a pinch
13.Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
14.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
15.Oil for deep frying


a deep bowl add boiled potatoes,curry leaves paste (green
chillies,curry leaves,toor dal soaked) pepper powder,corn flour,curry
leaves and mix well all the ingredients and marinate for 1-2 hours.
2.Now prepare small balls with the mixture and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add ginger,garlic chopped and saute till nice brown colour.
4.Add onions chopped,curry leaves,salt,cashews and saute for few seconds.
tomato sauce,soya sauce,ajinomoto and mix well.Add some water as
required,finally add fried manchurian balls and stir fry.Transfer into a
bowl and serve hot with tomato sauce.
