1.Curry leaves 1 cup
2.Peanuts 1/2 cup
3.Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
4.Hing a pinch
5.Turmeric powder a pinch
6.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
7.Tamarind pulp as required
8.Jaggery grated 2 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
11.Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
12.Garlic cloves 4
13.Dried red chillies 6
14.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add dried red chillies,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,garlic cloves and saute for few minutes till brown colour.
2.Add some more oil and fry curry leaves,cover and cook for few minutes.
3.Switch off the stove and take a blender jar add roasted peanuts,sesame seeds,fried tempering mixture,curry leaves,tamarind,salt,jaggery and grind into a smooth paste.
4.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,hing,turmeric powder,garlic cloves and pour on ground chutney.Transfer into a bowl and serve.
