Oats Pongadalu

Ingredients:

1.Oats powder 1 1/2 cup
2.Urad dal 1 cup
3.Moong dal 1 cup
4.Chana dal 1 cup
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
7.Coriander leaves
8.Ginger small piece
9.Green chillies 3
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Soak chana dal,moong dal,urad dal together and combine ginger,green chillies,salt,blend into a smooth batter.
2.Add oats powder,onions,carrot,coriander to batter and mix well.
3.Add few drops of oil to pongadala pan,pour batter in it and cook on medium flame.
4.Cook to a golden brown shade. Flip over with help of a spoon or fork and allow to cook for 2-3 mts without lid.Serve hot with pudina chutney.
