1.Rice flour
3.Cumin seeds
4.Mustard seeds
5.Chana dal
6.Moong dal
7.Coriander leaves
8.Green chillies
9.Curry leaves
11.Urad dal


1.Combine rice flour and some salt,mix well with some water as required and prepare a smooth dough.
2.Divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare small size round thin biscuits,keep aside in a separate plate.
3.Place these biscuits in idli cooker by greasing some oil,steam cook for 5 minutes.
4.Transfer steamed biscuits ion a plate,Heat some oil in a pan.
5.Add cumin,mustard,curry leaves,soaked moong dal,urad dalgreen chillies and saute for few minutes.
6.Add carrot finely chopped,turmeric,coriander leaves,salt and saute for 2minutes.
7.Add some water as required and bring it to boil,add steamed biscuits to pan and mix gently.Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame till done.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
