Gummadi Payasam


1.Gummadikaya grated 1 cup
2.Milk 1/2 ltr
3.Sugar 1 cup
4.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Dry fruits 20 grams
6.Ghee 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,fry dry fruits till light brown colour and keep aside.
2.In the same pan add gummadikaya grated and saute for few minutes.
3.Add boiled milk to the frying pan and mix well.Add sugar and mix well till sugar melts evenly in mixture.
4.Cook for few minutes,add fried dry fruits and mix well.Serve hot
