Veg Butter Rice


1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Butter 2 tbsp
3.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
4.Capsicum chopped 1
5.Carrot chopped 1
6.Spring onions
7.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Coriander leaves
10.Boiled veggies 1/2 cup


1.Take a pan add some butter and melt it,add garlic,capsicum,carrot,spring onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add cooked basmati rice to the pan and mix well.Add salt,pepper powder,coriander leaves and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
3.Take a deep bowl,grease it with some butter,add the rice to the bowl and press gently with a spatula.
4.Take another pan,melt some butter.Add boiled veggies to the pan and sprinkle some salt,fry for few minutes.Finally transfer rice,fried veggies into a plate and serve hot.
