Aratikaya Kobbari Fry

Ingredients:

1.Aratikaya boiled 2 no.
2.Fresh coconut grated 1/2 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 4
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Red chilli powder
9.Coriander leaves
10.Curry leaves
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil 3 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,turmeric powder,curry leaves,green chillies,onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
3.Add aratikaya pieces and saute,add salt and mix well.
4.Now add fresh coconut grated to the pan and give it a mix,add red chilli powder and give it a nice stir.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
