Ingredients:


1.Kakarakaya
2.Curd
3.Salt
4.Turmeric
5.Onions
6.Ginger
7.Green chillies
8.Dry coconut powder
9.Chana dal
10.Hing
11.Moong dal
12.Coriander seeds
13.Cumin seeds
14.Red chillies
15.Mustard seeds
16.Urad dal
17.Coriander
18.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil kakarakaya pieces with some water along with salt,turmeric,tamarind,this process id to remove bitterness.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add red chillies,urad dal,chana dal,moong dal,cumin seeds,coriander,mustard seeds,hing and saute till golden brown colour.
3.Switch off the flame,rest the mixture to cool down for few minutes.
4.Now blend fried ingredients along with ginger,dry coconut,salt and prepare a powder.
5.Heat oil for deep frying,add boiled kakarakaya pieces for few minutes till light brown colour.
6.Boil some curd in a pan,add turmeric,salt,ground powder and mix well.
7.Heat some oil in another pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,onions and saute for few minutes.
8.Finally add fried kakarakaya to curd mixture,add tempering mixture and give it a good mix.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
