Ingredients:

1.Brinjal 5
2.Soaked Chana dal 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 4
5.Corn flour 2 tbsp
6.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Blend soaked chana dal with some salt into a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add brinjal pieces,salt and saute for few minutes till tender.
3.Meanwhile
add ginger garlic paste,green chillies,coriander leaves,cumin
seeds,onions,corn flour mix well with chana dal mixture.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Finally
add fried brinjal pieces to chana dal mixture and mix evenly.Prepare
small vadas with the mixture and drop them in hot oil.
6.Keep turning in between and fry evenly till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
