Ingredients
:


1.Semiya fried in ghee
2.Maida
3.Sugar
4.Curd
5.Dalda
6.Cardamom
7.Cooking soda
8.Oil

Preparation:


1.Combine maida,fried and boiled semiya,curd,cooking soda and mix well along with dalda,some water.
2.Prepare a smooth dough consistency,Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup on other side by adding some water,cardamom powder.
3.Boil sugar syrup till it attains thread consistency,divide dough balls into small equal portions.
4.Shape them into badushahs,heat oil for deep frying.Drop badushahs in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour,cook on medium flame.
5.Once done transfer into sugar syrup and soak for 10 minutes and serve.
