Aloo Moong Dal Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

1.Boiled Potato 2
2.Soaked Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Fennel powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Tomato puree 1 cup
10.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
11.Onion chopped 1
12.Green chillies 3
13.Whole garam masala
14.Coriander leaves
15.Oil for deep frying
16.Fresh cream 1 tbsp
17.Besan flour 2 tbsp


Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add mashed potatoes,moong dal,salt,red chilli powder,fennel powder,besan flour and mix well.
3.Grease your palms with some oil and prepare round koftha balls and keep aside.
4.Gently drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till light  brown colour.
5.Take another pour some oil and heat it,add whole garam masala,geen chillies,onions,ginger and saute for few minutes.
6.Add tomato puree,turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder and some water as required for gravy consistency.Cook for few minutes.
7.Add
cumin powder,coriander leaves and mix well,switch of the flame and
transfer the gravy into a bowl and add fried koftha balls.Garnish with
fresh cream and serve hot.
