Dondakaya Ulli Karam

Ingredients:

1.Dondakaya 1/4 kilo cut and slit,boil with salt,turmeric
2.Onion chopped 2
3.Dried red chillies 4
4.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies 3
8.Turmeric powder a pinch
9.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Firstly blend onions,dried red chillies,salt into a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,ad ground onion paste and saute for few minutes.
3.Now stuff the fried onion paste into dondakayalu and keep aside in a separate plate.Repeat the same process for other.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.Add garlic chopped,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for a minute.
5.Add stuffed masala dondakayalu to the pan and mix well,fry for few minutes.
6.Add remaining paste,cover and cook for another few minutes till done.Switch off the flame and transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
