Sorakaya Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya grated 1/2 cup
2.Bread powder 2 tbsp
3.Besan flour 3 tbsp
4.Cashew nuts 20 grams
5.Whole garam masala
6.Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Onion 1
9.Tomatoes 2
10.Dried red chillies 2
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a deep bowl add besn flour,bread powder,sorakaya,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,salt and mix well evenly and prepare kofthas by greasing some oil on your palms.
3.Drop the kofthas in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour and keep aside.
4.Blend boiled cashew nuts,dried red chillies,whole garam masala,onions,tomatoes into a smooth paste.
5.Now take heat some oil in a pan,add ground paste,salt and mix well.Cover and cook till mixture releases oil around the pan.
6.Finally add fried koftha balls and cook for another 2 minutes.Switch off the flame and transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
