1.Kakarakayalu 1/4 kilo cut into 2 inches,deseeded and boiled in salt,turmeric
2.Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
3.Boiled potatoes 2
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Green chillies 2
7.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
8.Turmeric powder a pinch
9.Onion chopped 1
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Curry leaves
12.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves


1.Take a bowl add potato mashed,salt,red chilli powder,dry mango powder,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well evenly.
2.Now stuff the prepared mixture in kakarakayalu and keep aside.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add cumin seeds,green chillies,onions,curry leaves and saute for a minute.
4.Add salt,stuffed kakarakayalu an saute for few minutes.Fry on medium flame till done.Switch off the flame and serve hot with coriander leaves.
