1.Chana dal,Dried red chilli mixture 2 cups
2.Kanda grated 1 cup
3.Garlic paste 2 tbsp
4.Onion chopped 1 cup
5.Green chillies chopped 3 tbsp
6.Red chilli powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add chana dal mixture,onions,green chillies,salt,kanda,garlic paste,red chilli powder and mix well evenly.
2.Prepare small vadas on your palm and drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
3.Keep turning the vadas in between and fry evenly till nice golden brown colour.Serve hot.
