Veg Moong Dal Bath


1.Rice 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Beans 1/2 cup
4.Carrot chopped 1
5.Potato chopped 1
6.Onion 1
7.Green chillies 3
8.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Turmeric powder a pinch
12.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
14.Ghee 2 tbsp


1.Take a pressure pan melt some ghee,add onions and saute for a minute.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli pudina paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
3.Add carrot,beans,potatoes and fry for few minutes,now add soaked moong dal and rice mixture and mix well.Add garam masala,red chilli powder,salt and mix well.
4.Meanwhile boil some water in another pan,pour the water in pressure pan and cook for 4 whistles.Finally transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
