Ingredients:


1.Spinach
2.Bitter gourd
3.Curd
4.Salt
5.Green chillies
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Rice flour
10.Corn flour
11.Cooking soda
12.Onions
13.Chana dal
14.Besan flour
15.Cumin seeds
16.Sugar
17.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil kakarakaya pieces in curd along with some salt,sugar for 10 minutes.
2.Drain the excess water and wash with fresh water,keep aside in a bowl.
3.Add shredded spinach,soaked chana dal,besan flour,rice flour,onions,coriander leaves,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,corn flour,cooking soda a pinch,cumini seeds,pudina leaves and mix well all the ingredients evenly with water as required.
4.Heat oil for deep frying,prepare small vadas on plastic cover by greasing some water.
5.Drop vadas in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,serve hot.
