Ingredients:

1.Spinach paste 2 cups
2.Idli batter 2 cups
3.Ginger small piece
4.Green chillies 2
5.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
6.Coconut grated 1/2 cup
7.Salt to taste
8.Carrot grated
9.Oil

Preparation:

1.Blend ginger,green chillies,cumin seeds,coconut,salt into a smooth paste.
2.Combine ground paste,spinach paste with idli batter and some salt,mix well.
3.Grease some oil to idli plates and place some carrot grated.Pour the batter on top and steam for 5-6 minutes.Switch off the flame and remove idlies from pan,serve hot.
