Aratikaya Senagapappu Vadalu

Ingredients:

1.Aratikaya 1 boiled,peeled and mashed
2.Chana dal 1 cup soaked and blended into a coarse paste
3.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
4.Green chillies 3
5.Curry leaves
6.Salt to taste
7.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
8.Chaat masala powder 1 tbsp
9.Oil for deep frying
10.Besan flour 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl combine,chana dal,aratikaya,ginger,green chillies,curry leaves,salt,cumin powder,besan flour and mix well with water and prepare a dough.
3.Prepare small round vadas in your palms,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the vadas in between and fry evenly till light brown colour.Sprinkle some chaat masala powder and Serve hot.
