Ingredients:

1.Boiled semiya 2 cups
2.Veggies 1 cup
3.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Oil 2 tbsp
6.Bay leaf
7.Coriander leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Ajinomoto a pinch
10.Fried cashew nuts

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,mixed veggies,spring onions and fry for few minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well,stir fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt,ajinomoto,bay leaves and mix well,finally add semiya to the frying pan and mix well.
4.Switch off the flame and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander and cashew nuts.Serve hot.
