Paneer Pepper Fried Rice


1.Paneer 1 cup
2.Basmati rice 1 cup
3.Capsicum sliced 1
4.Spring onions
5.Roughly crushed pepper 1 tbsp
6.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add spring onions,capsicum an saute,fry for few minutes.
2.Add paneer and saute for another few minutes,add soya sauce,salt,pepper powder and give it a stir.
3.Finally add cooked rice to the frying pan and mix well evenly.Coat well the rice and fry for a minute.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot with garnished spring onions.
