Ingredients:

1.Cucumber
2.Moong dal
3.Carrot
4.Coconut powder
5.Pomegranate
6.Kismis
7.Cashew nuts
8.Badam
9.Salt
10.Red chilli powder
11.Coriander leaves
12.Curry leaves
13.Green chillies
14.Mustard seeds
15.Red chillies
16.Lemon juice
17.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add soaked moong dal,cucumber grated,carrot,pomegranate,coconut grated,dry fruits,coriander leaves,green chillies,salt,red chilli powder,lemon juice and toss well.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,red chillies,curry leaves and saute for a minute,add kosambiri and mix well.Transfer into a serving bowl.
